Textbook Refund Policy
No Refunds Without A Receipt!! You may receive a refund for any reason on books through the 10th business day of Fall and Spring Semesters and through the 5th business day of Summer Semester.
- Must present original cash register receipt.
- Books must be in ABSOLUTELY NEW CONDITION--plastic wrap must not be removed, no writing, highlighting, earmarks, pages removed, etc., anything less than this will be refunded at used book value.
- NO RETURN on Custom Course/Lab Books.
- Waiting period for personal checks to clear the bank.
General Merchandise Refund Policy
- Refunds & exchanges are allowed 10 business days from date of purchase.
- Must present original cash register receipt.
- All original hangtags must still be attached
- Candy, drinks, and all health & beauty supplies are not eligible for return or exchange.
- No refund is available for calculators, computers, printers, hardware, software and assorted electronic items if opened. Exchanges for unopened items are solely at the discretion of the bookstore management. Defective products must be reconciled with manufacturer according to terms of item's warranty.

The Gordon State College Bookstore is a local bookstore serving the students, faculty and staff of Gordon State College with pride.
Gift Cards
The Gordon State College Bookstore Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise sold at the Gordon State College Bookstore. The card is void five years from the purchase date. Sold in any denomination.
Faculty
Please do your part and submit your textbook lists to your division representative as early as possible each semester. Your students will thank you!
